Terms of Service
The terms for using the noise remover, vocal remover, plans and minutes.

Using the service
You may use the service to process recordings you own or have the right to edit. You are responsible for the content you process and for complying with the laws that apply to it, including copyright and the consent of the people recorded.
How processing works
Results depend on your recording; noise removal and stem separation can't recover sound that was never captured, and long files take longer to process. Always keep your original file.
Free preview and free files
Anyone can preview the first 30 seconds of a file without an account. Files up to 2 minutes long, audio or video, noise removal or vocal split, download free without an account, and files up to 5 minutes download free once you sign in. Downloading a longer file requires an account and enough minutes.
Minutes, plans and payments
- Minutes. A file longer than 5 minutes uses its full length in minutes, rounded up per file. Downloading the same file again within 24 hours, including the other stem of a vocal split, is free.
- Pay as you go. Hour packs are one-time purchases. Their minutes stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Pro. A monthly subscription that includes 30 hours (1,800 minutes) per billing period. Unused minutes do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Minutes that have already been used are not refundable.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights, to process recordings made without the consent the law requires, or to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features or prices; price changes never affect minutes you've already bought, and subscription changes take effect from your next billing period.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
